You can explore basic features without an account, but creating a free account allows you to save your birth charts, access your Gnosis Atlas dashboard, and keep track of all your readings and test results.

Is GnosisWay free to use?

Yes! Most features on GnosisWay are completely free, including basic birth chart readings, all personality tests (MBTI, Enneagram, Human Design), tarot readings, and numerology. We offer optional premium Deep Reports for those who want more detailed, personalized insights.

How do I access my birth chart results?

Your birth chart results are saved in your Gnosis Atlas. Navigate to your profile and select "Birth Chart" to view all your saved readings. You can access them anytime by logging into your account.

Can I change my birth time after creating my chart?

Yes, you can create a new birth chart with updated information. Your previous charts will remain saved for comparison. Simply go to the birth chart page and enter your updated details to generate a new reading.

Why is my exact birth time important?

Your birth time determines your Rising Sign (Ascendant) and the positions of the astrological houses, which significantly impact your reading. Even a few minutes can change these placements. If you don't know your exact time, you can still get a reading, but it will be less precise.

How do I find my birth time?

Your birth time is usually recorded on your birth certificate. You can also contact the hospital where you were born or ask family members who were present. In many countries, birth records offices maintain this information.

What is a Deep Report?

A Deep Report is a premium, AI-generated comprehensive analysis of your birth chart. It provides detailed interpretations of your planetary placements, aspects, and houses, offering deeper insights than the free reading. Deep Reports are personalized documents you can download and keep forever.

How long does it take to receive my Deep Report?

Deep Reports are written within 14-24 hours after purchase. You'll receive an email notification when your report is ready. This time allows us to connect the request with a specialist and for them to create a high-quality personalized analysis.

Can I save multiple birth charts?

Yes! With a free account, you can save multiple birth charts for yourself and others. This is useful for comparing charts of family members, friends, or for tracking different aspects of your astrological profile.

Do you offer relationship compatibility reports?

We offer in-depth compatibility analysis (Synastry) to help you understand the dynamics between you and others. You can compare birth charts to see how your planets interact and discover the strengths and challenges in your relationships.

What personality tests do you offer?

We offer four comprehensive personality frameworks: MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Enneagram, Human Design, and Numerology. Each provides unique insights into your personality, strengths, and life path.

How accurate are the personality tests?

Our tests are based on established psychological and astrological frameworks including MBTI, Enneagram, and Human Design. They provide insights for self-reflection and personal growth, but should be used as guidance rather than absolute truth.

What is Human Design?

Human Design is a synthesis of ancient wisdom traditions including Western Astrology, the I Ching, the Chakra system, and the Kabbalah. It offers a precise map of your unique genetic design, showing your energy type, strategy, and authority for decision-making.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a personality typing system that describes nine distinct personality types and their interconnections. It reveals your core motivations, fears, and growth paths, helping you understand why you think and behave the way you do.

How long do the personality tests take?

Test duration varies: the MBTI test takes about 10-15 minutes, the Enneagram test takes 15-20 minutes, and Human Design requires only your birth information (like a birth chart). We recommend answering honestly without overthinking for the most accurate results.

Can I retake a personality test?

Yes, you can retake any personality test as many times as you like. Your previous results will remain saved in your Gnosis Atlas so you can compare how your answers and results may have changed over time.

How do the tarot readings work?

Our tarot readings use an interactive digital deck. You focus on your question, shuffle the cards, and draw them to receive your reading. Each card's meaning is interpreted based on its position in the spread and whether it appears upright or reversed.

What types of tarot spreads are available?

We offer various spread types including single card draws for quick guidance, three-card spreads for past-present-future insights, and more complex spreads for deeper exploration. Each spread is designed for different types of questions and situations.

Are tarot readings saved to my account?

Currently, tarot readings are not automatically saved. We recommend taking screenshots or notes of readings you want to remember. We're working on adding the ability to save readings in a future update.

How often should I do a tarot reading?

There's no strict rule, but we recommend not asking the same question repeatedly in a short period. Daily single-card draws for general guidance are popular, while more detailed spreads work well weekly or when facing specific decisions.

What is numerology?

Numerology is the study of the mystical significance of numbers. Using your birth date and name, we calculate your Life Path Number, Expression Number, and other key numbers that reveal insights about your personality, life purpose, and potential.

What information do I need for a numerology reading?

For a complete numerology reading, you'll need your full birth date and your full birth name (as it appears on your birth certificate). Some readings may also use your current name if it differs from your birth name.

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" or "Register" on any page. You can create an account using your email address and a password, or sign up quickly using Google authentication. Account creation is free and takes less than a minute.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Settings page under the "Danger Zone" section. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently delete all your data including birth charts, test results, and purchased reports.

What data do you collect and how is it used?

Can I share my results with others?

Yes! You can easily share your birth chart interpretations and personality test results. Look for the share button on your results page to send a link to friends or post on social media.

What is the Gnosis Atlas?

The Gnosis Atlas is your personal dashboard where all your readings, charts, and test results are stored. It's your central hub for exploring and revisiting your self-discovery journey on GnosisWay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and Stripe as our secure payment processor. Your financial information is never stored on our servers. All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant and trusted payment gateway.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Depending on your location, additional payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available.

Can I get a refund for my Deep Report?

Due to the digital nature of our reports, which are generated immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once the report generation has begun. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the digital content will be delivered immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment declines can occur for various reasons including insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank security measures. Please verify your card details, ensure sufficient balance, or try a different payment method. If issues persist, contact your bank.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?

Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation with your receipt immediately after a successful purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. You can also view your purchase history in your account settings.

Where can I find my purchased reports?

All purchased reports are accessible from your Gnosis Atlas dashboard. Navigate to your profile and look for the "Purchases" or "My Reports" section. Reports remain available for download indefinitely.

The website isn't loading properly. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. Make sure your internet connection is stable. If issues persist, try accessing the site from a different device or contact our support team.

My birth chart isn't generating. What's wrong?

Ensure you've entered all required information correctly, including a valid birth date, time (if known), and location. The location must be a real city that our system can recognize. If problems continue, try a different browser or contact support.

I'm not receiving emails from GnosisWay.

Check your spam/junk folder first. Add gnosiswayapp@gmail.com to your contacts or safe senders list. If using Gmail, check the Promotions or Updates tabs. If you still don't receive emails, verify your email address in your account settings.
