Digital Content and Refunds
Our Service provides digital content in the form of downloadable reports that are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase. Under EU and Polish consumer law, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, this right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.
By completing your purchase, you:
- Expressly consent to the immediate generation and delivery of your digital report;
- Acknowledge that the digital content will be made available for download immediately after payment;
- Acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a report has been generated and made available for download, the transaction cannot be reversed and no refund will be issued.
Complaint Handling Procedure
If you have any complaints regarding our Service, please contact us at gnosiswayapp@gmail.com. Your complaint should include your name, contact details, order information (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and provide a response within 14 days of receiving it. If we fail to respond within this period, the complaint shall be deemed accepted in accordance with Polish consumer law.
