3. Nature of Service and Disclaimers

GnosisWay provides mystical, astrological, tarot, and personality insights for entertainment and informational purposes only. Our Service is NOT:

  • Medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice
  • Financial, investment, or legal advice
  • Professional counseling or diagnosis
  • A substitute for professional consultation

3.2 No Guarantees

We make NO representations or warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of readings or interpretations
  • Future outcomes, predictions, or results
  • Compatibility assessments or relationship advice

3.3 User Responsibility

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that:

  • GnosisWay bears NO responsibility for decisions made based on Service content

  • Promotional pricing may have specific terms and expiration dates

6.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

6.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for unused portions of paid subscriptions

6.4 Refund Policy

  • All sales are final unless required by law
  • Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for:
    • Technical errors preventing service access
    • Duplicate charges
    • Unauthorized transactions (with proof)
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

11.2 Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

11.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Sections 4, 10, 11, 12, 15, and 16 survive termination.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

15.1 Binding Arbitration

YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT, except as provided below.

15.2 Arbitration Rules

  • Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
  • Governed by AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules
  • Conducted in English
  • Location: Your state of residence or remotely

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. Claims must be brought individually.

15.4 Exceptions

You may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

15.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing gnosiswayapp@gmail.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
