4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, designs, code, and algorithms on the Service are the exclusive property of GnosisWay and are protected by Polish copyright law (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych), international treaties, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct

Amicable Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) to resolve disputes.

Jurisdiction: If amicable resolution fails, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland (or the competent court for the consumer's place of residence, where required by mandatory consumer protection laws).

9. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms.
